I was just surfing thru that emusic.com site (after it had been mentioned on the list earlier this week:) and decided to listen to Jah Wobble RA samples. While not everything I heard is related to this list, I'm still surprised he's not been mentioned. There were some tracks on there that seem too intelligent for it's own good:) I dunno, just curious if any folx out there are into his work. I'm subbing to emuisc just to d/l all his stuff, the emusic idea is a great idea, wish I subbed sooner... (a lot of the schematic stuff is on there if you didn't know. I got the Lily of the Valley thanks to that free offer:) oh yeah, Jah Wobble? opinions, comments??? Second, thank you to Will Samuels for giving us that London broken beat sampler. I for one really dig this stuff. To me this style almost combines all dancefloor styles - house, latin, detroit, breaks,trip-hop, etc under one sound. I hope it really prospers as a sub-genre in danceclubs in the states (I can dream right)... g "Anything that separates us is junk.
